3. Products, Images & Availability

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, quantities, and availability. However, errors may occur.

Product images are for reference only. Packaging, label design, case style, or manufacturer updates may vary from the images shown, while the product itself remains the same or substantially similar.

For food, beverage, and consumable products, customers should always review the product packaging, ingredients, allergen information, expiration date, and manufacturer label before use.

If an item is unavailable, out of stock, incorrectly listed, or affected by a pricing or quantity error, we may contact you for approval, offer a substitute, adjust the order, or cancel and refund the order.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order before shipment.

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may not be available.

If an order is cancelled by Casa Wholesale, any payment collected will be refunded according to the original payment method.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling fees, and other charges are calculated at checkout when applicable.

We accept approved payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments, and other available payment gateways.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed or shipped.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, address issues, holidays, high-volume periods, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Casa Wholesale is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges or restocking fees may apply.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Most unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within the stated return period. Items must be in original packaging and resellable condition.

Food, beverages, perishable products, opened items, used items, custom-printed packaging, and special-order items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing.

If an item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

8. Wholesale, Bulk & Custom Orders

Wholesale, bulk, freight, pallet, and custom orders may be subject to minimum order quantities, special pricing, custom lead times, and separate shipping arrangements.

Custom-printed packaging, special-order items, and bulk orders may not be cancelled or returned once production, processing, or shipment has started.

Freight or LTL shipments may require proper receiving arrangements, including dock access, liftgate service, appointment delivery, or business-hour availability. Additional carrier charges caused by missed appointments, incorrect delivery information, or special delivery needs may be the responsibility of the customer.

9. Third-Party Brands

Casa Wholesale sells and distributes products from various brands and manufacturers. Third-party brand names, logos, trademarks, product images, and packaging belong to their respective owners.

Use of third-party brand names or images on our website is for product identification and informational purposes only and does not imply ownership, endorsement, or affiliation unless specifically stated.

Casa Wholesale, Demaya, and affiliated private-label brands are owned by their respective owners and may not be used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Casa Wholesale is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, spoilage, delays, or other losses related to the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price paid for the specific product involved in the claim.
