- Large wholesale orders may require additional handling time; you will be notified in advance.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
- We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS for standard orders.
- Freight/LTL carriers may be used for bulk pallets (e.g., paper products, beverages by the case).
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.
- Expedited shipping is available at checkout (extra cost applies).
Shipping Rates
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
- Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Packaging Standards
- Paper products are securely packed to prevent moisture or damage in transit.
- Beverages are shipped in sturdy corrugated boxes or shrink-wrapped trays with protective padding.
- All shipments include tracking information.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If you receive damaged or incorrect products, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details.
- We will issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.
Restrictions
- Beverages cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Some beverages may not be eligible for international shipping due to carrier or customs restrictions.
