  • Freight/LTL carriers may be used for bulk pallets (e.g., paper products, beverages by the case).
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.
  • Expedited shipping is available at checkout (extra cost applies).

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
  • Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

Packaging Standards

  • Paper products are securely packed to prevent moisture or damage in transit.
  • Beverages are shipped in sturdy corrugated boxes or shrink-wrapped trays with protective padding.
  • All shipments include tracking information.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If you receive damaged or incorrect products, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details.
  • We will issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.

Restrictions

  • Beverages cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
  • Some beverages may not be eligible for international shipping due to carrier or customs restrictions.
