Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Our return and refund policy is designed to be simple, fair, and similar to major online marketplace standards.
Returns
Most unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
Food, beverages, perishable products, opened items, used items, and items that are not in original condition are not returnable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the shipping box and label
- Photos showing the damage or issue
After review, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the issue.
Return Shipping
For returns due to customer preference, ordering mistake, wrong address provided by the customer, or no longer needing the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
If the return or issue is due to our error, a damaged item, or an incorrect item, we will assist with a replacement, refund, or return label when applicable.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected, or after the issue is reviewed and approved.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may not be available.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not returnable unless damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect:
- Food products
- Beverages
- Perishable items
- Opened items
- Used items
- Items not in original packaging
- Clearance or final-sale items, if marked as final sale
